These are some of the common issues of the launcher that I've compiled with a solutions from IMRP Support channel - Discord.

Q1: Launcher keeps on installing instead of running the launcher itself.
A: here are the simple steps;

• 1. Extract the ZIP file of the launcher first before running it
  2. Run as admin
  3. Wait few minutes for it to install
  4. use the launcher icon on your desktop.

Q2: What sa-mp version do I need to run the IMRP launcher properly?
A: Try installing these;

• 0.3.7-R4-2
• 0.3.7-R5-1

Q3: My game is not opening up after clicking "Launch game", what to do?
A: Try installing these;

• https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

If you're still using windows 7, its mostly time for an upgrade.

Q4: My launcher keeps on opening single player mode, how do I fix this?
A: Try to re-install sa-mp itself. - this issue mostly occur when you transfered your GTA file to a new computer.

Q5: I can't click in the launcher when I tried to log in a different account, what to do?
A: first don't panic, simply click/press anything outside the launcher then click back in.

Q6: Am having issue with a missing Kernel32, how to fix it?
A: check these;

• Youtube video on how to install the missing Kernel 32

Q7: Launcher isn't detecting sa-mp.
A: This issue is mostly because you don't have the correct sa-mp version, please do refer to Question 2 (Q2).
