Clarification about Drive By's

Hello ever since I play here, I was told that only AK/M4's are allowed to be used on a drive by.
I would like it to be clarified if we can use other weapons in a drive by(except sniper ofc).

I mean you can use everything, deagle is of course disallowed in how op it is.

You are also allowed to use MP5, Rifle & Shotgun.
