Hi everyone,

there will be an upcoming change to businesses you will hopefully like!

As you're aware (or not), the prices for businesses are currently extremely high, people pay up to 100m for a 24/7, while they do not have much income at all.

For a new player, 100m sounds like a sum they can never reach, while owning a business shouldn't really be something hard to reach.

Which is why the following changes will be applied upon the next restart, making businesses earn more but decreasing the value of them at the same time due to the huge amount of businesses available to players.

• There have been approximately 90 businesses added around Los Santos which will be on sale shortly. (and more to come)
• All businesses have a fixed tax rate of 9%.
• /bizname price reduced to $25k.
• You are limited to own 3 businesses at a time. (Premium 1-5 may own 4, Premium 5+ may own 5)
• Businesses may be robbed every 4 hours instead of 10.
• You only require 4 people to rob a business.
• Every business has a base income of $8000/hour.
• 24/7 Income:
  • $12500/hour
• Hardware Income:
  • $13500/hour
• Club / Bar / Restaurant Income:
  • $11500/hour
• Clothes Shop Income:
  • $12500/hour
• Casino Income:
  • $23000/hour
• Gas Station Income:
  • $14500/hour
• Vehicle Dealership Income:
  • $14000/hour
• If a business is closed, it will earn 1/10th of the previously listed income per hour.

As you're limited to owning 3 businesses, you now need to care about what kind of business you buy. This should also decrease business values a lot even if the income is now much higher and low-level players will be able to afford businesses too once they gathered a few millions.

EDIT, for the next restart in addition to this update;
- Added 35 more new businesses available for sale
- Added 170 houses throughout Los Santos available for sale between $800k and $2.2m

I live everything except the addition of ''You only need 3 players to rob the biz''.

I would like robbiz system stay as it is.

What if I already now own 3+ bizes ? They will be removed ?

Nice idea; btw i agree but make it 4 players to rob the biz... ( you'll have to open an other legal faction )

Those 90 businesses will be available from $20m to $40m, depending on the interior. Once the 90 are bought up more will be added at a possibly even lower price.

Business tax remains the same?

Tax are always 9%. If it ever changes, then it changes for every business.
Adjusted the hourly income by a bit.

Could you tell me a little bit more about the slots when you donated?

Have all the bizs' been added and put up for sale? Only a few had appeared in the biz real estate.

All are already sold.

I checked it just when the announcement was posted and have been checking every 5 minutes. I saw like 20 of them appearing there, but I'm pretty sure all didn't. Even if they all got sold, they should have had appeared in the real estate before getting sold out.

i think due to the sheer amount of them, the real estate didn't have time to update.
