As I have heard there is some rule on server that your cars get scrapped if you are inactive for 14 days.
I am planning to take a foreign country vacation from 19th june for like 20 to 25 days. So it will be impossible for me to connect with Italy Mafia Roleplay.

Is there any way to save my cars??

giving dupe keys to friend can work??

If you do not log in for more than 14 days, you lose: Vehicles & Properties. In most cases you will NOT receive a refund.

I think you can post in the departure + explaining this, and woot / ozzy will surely visit it and check it
