SAMP Bug or?

Hello,
I've been have this problem for awhile now, it's really irritating when i try to snipe from the roof, not sure if it's SAMP bug or IM bug.
When i look down i.e rotate my camera upwards, the land below me disappears and everything below that appears.

I get this alot, sometimes I can see straight through buildings, and see interiors, and other mappings xD

It's not always happened, but it started to happen more often after I installed the custom.img from the SASF modpack.

Ture. Ever since I installed mods form SASF modpack it started to happend when Im on top of the buildings or at high altitudes when I look under certain angle.

delete the recently added mods they give your several bugs, also the resolution of the game does his job too

delete the mods and reinstall Gta. the problem came out of your GTA file not from samp nor IM

It's because of your mods, maybe your Drawdistance mod if you have one, or a CLEO file who can adjust your drawdistance.

If you have any draw distance mod, remove it, get a clean SAMP folder and try it, if it still buggs PM me.
If it's clean, the problem is within the mods you use.
