Before you proceed, make sure you tried all of the following:

Launcher not working at all:

• Make sure you have Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher. Download here. After you installed it, reboot your PC.

• Install the latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable packages. Download here.

Launcher crashing:

• Delete the ".im-rp" folder in %appdata% and re-start the launcher.
  • Windowskey + R -> write "%appdata%" -> press enter -> locate ".im-rp" folder and delete it.
• Make sure you selected the correct GTA SA directory using the "settings" icon in the launcher

Other issues:

• Delete unnecessary big files in your GTA SA installation folder. The launcher may freeze or take a very long time to start if it needs to scan huge files.
• Disable compatibility mode and disable run as admin on the launcher, on gta_sa.exe and on samp.exe
• Serveral ASI mods (ie anti crash asi, discord plugin asi) are known to conflict with the launcher. Try disabling all ASI and CLEO mods.

Launcher not starting at all, or download error (mostly players from Egypt)

• If you first open sa-mp.im in your web browser, your ISP may show you a warning that you nearly used up all your internet data. This is is conflicting with the launcher. Make sure you can open www.sa-mp.im in Internet Explorer. If you have no way of disabling your ISPs intercepting pages, the only thing you can do is open internet explorer, go to www.sa-mp.im and skip your ISPs warning page. Now you should be able to open the launcher normally.

Failed to verify launcher token. Please restart the launcher and try again:

• This may be related to your Windows user folder containing special characters. (ie hebrew, greek, .. characters). This is a bug with the launcher will be fixed in a future version. In the meanwhile you can change the name of your windows user by following a guide such as this one.

Some users in Egypt or other countries are reporting when they start the launcher, nothing happens at all. • Your SA:MP works flawlessly when you connect using the normal SA:MP client

Some Windows XP users reported issues. If you are using Windows XP, I will not be able to help you. Windows XP is nearly 15 years old and is no longer supported by Microsoft. You should consider updating to an up-to-date operating system.

I will not help you if it is not a launcher problem. If your GTA always crashes, even with the normal SAMP browser, it is not a launcher problem.

If you still encounter issues, download teamviewer if you don't have it already. Then join our Discord and send me a private message. Write that you have a launcher issue and then wait. Do not leave after 2-3 minutes, I may take some time to reply. If I don't answer within 30 minutes, try again at a later point.

I have a problem with the launcher.
Sometimes you get unsync at blueberry(only with the launcher) when you're logging in, it's pretty annoying

I wouldn't say it's net problems because other players can confirm.

That goes without the launcher aswell at some points. It's common when the server isn't responding.

Kiddo, for me. It's only with the launcher, I can log in fine with the SAMP browser once this problem occurs, bye.

Downloaded the launcher from that link and I'm still having a problem with that token thingy. Any suggestions how to fix it?
