ok i'll give you another example
I'm Alberto, I got tier 0 in Kemirov. Kemirov got their own group here in this forum, I'd be set as a group leader, given the group leader auths automatically..
You're Sean, you got tier 0 in Cuneo, Cuneo got their own group here in this forum, you'd be set as group leader given the group leader auths automatically

The only difference is that once you're T0 IG -> you turn Faction Leader on the forums
