This is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too easy to take turfs, plus turfs getting bugged too often PLUS!! no fpoints..

I never got used to it just like I didn't got used to yellow /f color. ;P Some changes shouldn't ever be made.

Regarding turfs, give it week or two. If it doesn't work out, we (as a community) can always whine for old system to be brought back.

That will be MG.
MG skins, nametags and colors in gunfights was always allowed because even the script itself encourages it and basically everyone is doing it since 2007. There is a reason this server has colors, kill list and restricted skins. Someone should really edit that rule already and explain what's considered MG and what isn't.

It's not even about getting used to the update. It's about the update being bugged as fuck.

GOtta agree with fabio. woot is already known for creating a shit ton of bugs everytime he fixes/updates/implements something.

Turf update - Turfs are bugged af. the whole map seems to be blinking xDD
/mycp update - Signals stopped working yday.
Anim update - Animations are really bugged since then. People keep tazed anim 90% of the times, people are often inside vehicles with anims, anims often don't clear so you see ppl walkin around still bugged
/car spawn - Vehicles started randomly despawning with no apparent reasons.

There should definitly be a testers team and a side server to test new features.

I haven't read all the comments any one can answer this?

While taking a turf members can use vehicles right, I mean they can use a vehicle to get around it's not like it'll fail cause you're in a vehicle?

You can use a vehicle to move around, But you have to get off out of the vehicle, then step in the signal thingie

There's a major difference between having 5 players and 150 players testing something - the only way to find these bugs is by discovering them. Bugs that only "happen" when many players are online can't be fixed before they actually happen.

Checkpoints not appearing anymore is a perfect example for that, a buffer overflow. I fixed it it and restarted the server a few minutes after people reported it to me.

I'm glad you like ranting over stuff you have no idea about :)

Not ranting about anything, I'm simply stating out that usually alot of bugs come with updates and many of them could probably be avoided with proper testing.
It's not something that annoys me that much, therefore there's nothing to rant about. I usually even take it as a joke, the fact that so many bugs come with updates. Never took it seriously.

Now, if it hurt your feelings, that's not my problem, brah.
