Unofficials have to bend down in order to recieve materials. It is how things are supposed to be.
That is not a fair system though.
Now factions will be so far up their own asses, unbelievable.

Oh, but it is. Less powerful organizations bending their knees for more powerful organizations. How is that wrong? And I have full confidence that Luigi would be happy to role play with any unofficial if they were worthy his time.

I am the Don of a powerful mafia, I have built up my organisation over many months, I have the logistics and the resources to hold my own against any of the official factions thanks to my hard work and continuous efforts. As a result of this, I have been granted official status and now wield additional influence and power over the server.

Next week some ass-wipe forms a new mafia which will last for 4 weeks at best, in that 4 weeks he has the same power as my mafia which has been going for 6 months....how is that fair? That new retards suddenly have the same level of power that I have worked my ass off to achieve?

This is why officials are now a league ahead from unofficial groups.

Aren't we supposed to represent the ones who control the illegal guntrade? I doubt a newly formed gang from the XYZ suburb of LS can get enough contacts to have their members armed up to the teeth, hence they need to make contact with the leading crime organizations. This is why you need to get in the good graces with at least one official faction.

And even if they get 'so far up their own asses', what is wrong with that from an IC standpoint? Why would he work something out for the unofficials? I see no reason for it. They ought to make contact with officials anyway in order to become official.

The gun system is good as it is. I only have complaints because LEOs cannot sell guns, as I'd like to /sellgun deagle to myself as a IC presence (I cant take weapons from PD armory).

Stop bitching about Unofficials not being able to have M4s. THey shouldn't have anyway.

PD should have less problems with seeing civilians shooting all over the place because the gun accessibility has become dependant on civilian contact with mafias.

The new system is amazing. If you want to get guns illegally you have to have an IC contact/supplier. Also guns are really hard to produce as they take wayyyy to much time to be made. 10 M4 are made every hour...
