Voxility in Romania has one of the best (if not the best) DDoS protection solutions in Europe. If you want to play, deal with having a little higher ping, 150 ping is absolutely nothing bad in SAMP, SAMP is not a first person shooter where latency matters as much. Sure the packet loss is annoying, they're looking into it once I gather from more stats when the server has been running for a while.
The only other solution would be moving to the US, but that'll make egyptians go even worse with their 1mbit internet lol

I doubt thr location will affect my ping by a lot. So its ok.

Bulgarians have the best internet ok ... like my home network is 100mbt download/upload. They have like 1gbit's hosting or more lel.
