It's your hud.txd.
You've fucked something up. This occurs when you import an image to the .txd that's much larger or smaller than the original. Resize the modded crosshair to fit the original. (64x64).
Don't listen to these "have you tried turning it off and on again?" guys. You don't need to reinstall GTA, samp or change folder location. It's a simple and easy fixable issue.

Alright , I fixed ;D . i restarted my PC then i deleted the Folder and re-install ez pizi xd
