Uninstall the drivers first, Then download and re-install

Try go to 'Playback Devices' (by right click the volume icon) then right click anywhere inside the box and click 'shows Disabled Devices' and 'shows Disconnected devices'. You might have disabled some drivers. If you found nothing, then its probably your drivers.
