This is exactly the like when I log in to Google Play. It shows me the categories and shizzle, but not the actual apps. And the worst is I can't download any app:


This is what it should show me, if everything was alright.

UPDATE:
Finally i found one solution , i added proxy to my pc , and opened web play store with proxy ,
and i am able to install apps to my phone directly from web page of play store ,
just to clock install on page and select galaxy s3 phone , and automatically in the phone start dowloadin and installing app.

i already have the same problem in KOSOVO , with my 2 phones galaxy s3 ,
i cant access PLAY STORE anymore,
when i open it , it appear blank ,
i just format the phone with hard reset , but still have the same problem ,

Restarted by now like 1million times, reset won't work, hence reset is what caused it at the first place and I can't install a new software since I have a old HTC :S.

You simply can't download it in Kosovo. Live with it.

Yes yes :sighs:. Thomas told me to download some program and to try install apps with that, but it didn't work. :S

If the problem is persisting and you want it to be fixed, make a new thread.
