What about adding a comparison between your "clean" earning against the current earning? That way, people would think twice if they should "appeal" their business in order to get a lower tax rate, IF that would be in use as it used to by the Government.
For instance, if you have a tax rate of 49%, calculate how much cash you "lost" during your business earning:

Formule: [ Cash per hour or day x Tax rate percentage ] = total lose per hour or day, depending on its revenue and its tax rate.

Example:
[ 5000$ per hour x 0.49% ] = 2450$ lose per hour.

In comparison to

[ 5000$ per hour x 0.10% ] = 500$ lose per hour.

49%? You must be sick, lol. They're on 11% now. You might find donators businesses now and then that's lower than 11 percent. I bought my 2 gunstores on 1% Tax, so it differs, but the majority of the businesses are 11%. :)
