You replace it with the existing one.

You replace them with your existing file at your gta sa directory

You're downloading models, so extract them and change them in the gta sa, with the existing ones.

If you want to add mods, download them first and then add them to custom.img and save, it has to work. (Warning: if you downloaded mods and replaced in gta3.img so you will get bugged. )

just there, in your gta sa directory .. you need to replace MODELS folder with that new MODELS folder

Tots... Do you see the "models" file , under the "data" folder? Just copy the folder tjat you downloaded to this directory that you habe screenshoted, and it will ask you if copy and replace and you click yes, and that's it, job done.
