Does it disable the normal mods like skins crosshairs wep mods etc , does admins get notified that the player wether using the client or no?

It shouldn't disable any mod at all. & Admins don't get notified but they can verify whether you use the launcher or not, so don't worry they can check it.

I have 2 GTA's aswell, one backup and one that I use, but it works perfectly fine.
