We decided to help Kemirov, but nobody could catch him. Later on we OOC found out he was Patrick Stevens and how the FBI invited him because he snitched, which they agreed to before it all happened. After we showed SS of us killing Patrick(basicly Anatoly who is still the same person IC, just renamed), he came forward, while keeping silent all along and not saying that it is him.
