I honestly feel like this should be allowed, but right on the edge of being allowed and not allowed. If it had a bright colour it shouldnt be allowed.

This is a common mod and if the model size is not that much different although still slight advantage/disadvantage for example in a war I could just replace my nrg with a skateboard mod and when people use it for cover I could shoot them through it.
Same with over sized skin mods, you could replace your enemy skins with bright colored fat characters so they would be easily recognized.
car mods dont change the hitbox of cars and doesnt make it smaller or bigger. Atleast not the simple carmods everyone uses. Some mods change the handling though but all that shit already isnt allowed.
