it doesnt give you any unfair advantage but its fixing a gta bug, so yeah, you can use it

Dude, I've never had a virus warning as big as this. My antivirus never made me restart my pc in order to remove risks. No thanks.

That's a false positive. Norton (and only Norton) indeed says it's a virus because Norton is silly. Find a way to mark the file as safe or get a proper antivirus.
