Giving out namechanges

So a friend wants to give me his namechange cause Iam changing my name. And I'm wondering if you can do that? I mean is it acceptable? Will lead admins remove his namechange and give to me? Thanks for answers.

I once asked a lead admin plus for this, since my friend was going to give me his.
I was rejected, therefore I'm guessing it's not allowed.
HoweverI might be in the wrong here, I'm unsure.

I remember when Carlito was going to give somone his namechange,Carlito changed to Carlito_FuckerFuck xd,then mickey changed the name of the guy who wanted a new name
