Success or Failure
If Success - The action happens and succeeds.
If Failure - The action fails and does not happen.

It's part of RP ,RP can't happen without that. Like this -
/me grabs X by his arms,and drags to PD cruiser. Then you must do /do S/f ,if you're maker of action. You must do /do S if action succeed. And if it failed, /do F. Kinda so.
