Is it because the mod?

Well,i just installed mod for my sultan,but the game keeps crashing every time im driving it,but when i putted this mid on Primo,it doesn't crashed me,but allways shows me this:
The question is: is it because the mod or because the game?

I've used 3 different mods for sultan,and each one of them crashes to me,but when i put this on primo,its cood,but showing me the ERROR cmds..

Don't use mods... their nothing more than trouble.
