If you have a virus and join the server, don't worry - it won't affect other players. Nice to see a considerate player though.

But watch out with other things like Hamachi (If you are using such kind of programs.) I'm not sure if it's true, but i heard that by using that it may affect others.

Download Anti-malwyrebites , and do a full scan, then ccleaner, and adwcleaner restart computer , Enjoy.
