If a guy comes up to me and says "hands up this is a robbery" with a gun should I RP with them or not.
Also sometimes when i'm driving, some people start shooting my car to make it stop working. Should I report them or kill them?

You must RP , always, IRL if someone points you with gun you would shit at your pants and not act superman.

Report them, if they don't have proper reason to attack you.
