I was driving a bike and I crashed into Vince Chinaza and he gave me a ticket he then told me to pay the tick OCC and i refused. So he put me in jail which I think is fair. Then when I got out of jail I went to the car lot to get my car (I have keys to it) and I came back and met him and Kyle rays in a car I went past them a few moments later we met again they told me to pull over and asked me to show the license and I did then Vince chinaza asked if that is my car and I said yes.Vince asked Kyle to check if the car is mine and he said No!. I knew these guys were planning something so I went OOC to tell them it is then they came up with a BS excuse that they put the wrong ID in. Then Vince gave me 2 infractions "for speeding". This is not the first time that Vince chinaza has treated me unfairly. The next time I will take screenshots and report him do you think I should?

go to pd website and report to his chief if you think it's unfair, plus if you keep following pd , passing near them / ramming like you said you're provoking and if you did that you deserve those infractions.

Bro, he can have any IC reason to refuse paying the ticket.
Maybe he is poor and he cant afford the ticket price...
But we can easily notice police abusing of their powers [not all]
The students of academy[something like that] are the common one to abuse of giving infraction..
Me too I was there victim... but i dont mind as a game is meant to be played and have fun..

The MDC Doesnt show the dupe keys... Just report him to his Chief.

That is an IC matter as said here, you should report it to the chief.
