I've seen many people getting banned for it. What is it and how is it done?

Are you really asking this?
A bug is a bug.
Abusing means abusing it.
Thus, abusing a bug. How is this even a question? Stop getting your post count up.
E.G. - there is a way to get money by using a command. You use the command to get money. It is a bug, you're abusing it. You're bug abusing it, you get banned.

Bugs are things wrongly scripted.

Bugs are some errors in scripts/mapping which causes you to move differently from normal.
I won't describe them here since it may lead to abuse them.
And abusing bugs is to use them to gain advantage over other players/get something for yourself by the wrong way.
