Well, i'm totally confused.
Is a first Person Driving Mod allowed or not? It is a CLEO Mod, but it will only change my kind of sight.
Please help me

If it doesn't give you an advantage over others, (probably gives you a disadvantage), then why not?

First Person mods are allowed as long as you don't use camhack.
