I would like to know the reason of why there is not thread in this section viewforum.php?f=43 for Arabic Language. I remember shadow creating one, but why was it removed later? i know the answer but i hope it is wrong.

It wasn`t removed, no one bothered creating a new one with the releasing of the new forum.

Of course none will because in that forums you can't create a topic only if you're admin/helper. And there never was an Arabic helper/admin

Instead of presenting it in a way of a complaint just ask someone to open a topic there for you.
