Ok I don't want people calling me a Noob or anything..... because I am New to the server, But I just like to know if there is a FBI job that use's the FBI Agent skin, Or do I have to sign up to the PD then use the Skin?

FBI is like a secret faction, its not a job,if you want to apply to the PD, www.pd.sa-mp.im is the website, so yea,no FBI job..

I can see the skin in the Skin's available to use in Clothes shop and I'm able to us it, So let's say I choose Detective (New to server) can I use the Skin? or as it said on the Rule's 'Please don't use them' but since it's not official, again Can I use it?

FBI reqruit only the best people from PD(i think,im not sure) and i think FBI is very strict with reqruit

FBI does not exist anymore... Atleast from what I know.

So is the FBI Agent skin be able to be used or not? (sorry if this is bugging everyone)

There is currently no FBI in the server, the server will change your skin if you use the FBI skin, it's restricted.
