Is there such things as stuff runs, alcohol runs and drug runs?

When I do /laptop > Quarry Stocks, I see there is a little bit of drugs, alcohol and stuff.
there is gotta be a way to do that. such as heliruns and squallo runs.
If that is true, can I get help on how to do that kind of runs?

Yeah,I think stuff runs and alchol are near SASF base

U load them (u need 100,000$ on you)then u got to QS and unload them,u'll find a place writted on it,/putdrugs or smting like that,
but u should know where is QS

CIVs can do also alcohol. they fill the warehouse from where S.D.C workers get it to their warehouse, but only for CIVs
(CIV=civilian)

Also there is a drug run, for people in factions.
