Hello Every one .. i can't PM the admin because i just create this forum account . because some one hacked my old account "Primo" and he hack my IG account .. and change mail and every thing , so please . some one help me to reset my account please , if you have the admins on your skype or something .. tell them to help me . i asked Vincenzo To help me .. he banned my account .. to stop that hacker from playing in it .. so i'm looking now for any head admin or woot .. they only can help me .. thanks

Did you try to create a support ticket here. If he did change everything on your account including email, then your best solution is to create a support ticket and wait for woot to reply.

i did .. but i need to reset it fast please , and no answer on the support ticket :/

There is nothing I can help you with, but only guide you through the steps you need to do to either recover your account back through the help of woot or just create a new account because you mus of been silly enough and did not create a strong enough password or handed your account to your friends or family. If woot is good enough he will solve your support ticket soon, but you must be patient about it. If you will recover your account soon, don't worry about the stuff - those can be refunded, so just be patient and relax for now.
