How to remove mods from GTA SA?

My brother saw people that SS-ed their moded cars, skins, guns, etc. Like a 15 year old boy, he just want nice fast cars blla blla blla. So he installed some mods and now when I play IM I'm laggin' like shit.
So I'm asking how to remove them?
