Hmm few questions.
When I'm requesting a team im actually requesting a faction ?
How can I make factions vouch for me ? Do I need to tell them ic our name ? Or after rping in ooc chat?
How can I get them with us to a rp situation ? OOC or IC ?
How can I be helper ?
How can I be an admin ?

1.You are requesting team, if your RP skills are really good you can get even faction.
2.Just.. Hire good RPers, make events maybe, roleplay, interresting story, IC business.. etc. Check other requests and you will have idea. what you need to do.

4. You are new player.. Play at least few months, be good player, dont rulebreak, report ( F8 to take SS )

If this man/woman can RP really good.. If it's not any rulebreaker, why he/she can't get team or became admin or helper..
No one said that it need to be now.. He/she will learn all with playin'.

No, a team is not a faction at all, it has some similar features, but is nowhere near what a faction is.

You'll need to roleplay with them or get them to notice you.

You can contact them OOC or IC, it really depends on which faction you are looking to roleplay with.

How can I be helper ?
From time to time we select helpers or open the helper applications, but for this you need a lot of experience and good english. You are pretty new to the server, so your chances of becoming a helper is pretty low.

How can I be an admin ?
You can't.
