My other player is lvl 20
So how can I get helper ?
And can you explain me if I want
A china faction how can i tell them to vouch / unvouch for me !?

One does simply not ask to become a helper.
The management of this community will chat in their hideyhole and decide about helpers, you cannot "become" one. But by keeping a clean-ish admin record, being nice to other players etc. Will improve your chances if the Head of Helpers (Bill Davis) at the moment will open the helper applications.

if you want a faction, you need to start wayyy low first.
First, you need a group of people willing to roleplay your type of gang/organisation. Second, you need to get a team first, but that is only achieved by roleplaying and being active. Then, after a looong time of being in a team if you have been granted one, you might get an faction. And you can't basically tell people to "vouch" for you. They will post their honest opinion about your group and if they have seen you roleplaying.

Yeah, keep on roleplaying with a group of players, and have good time following the rules. Roleplay with official factions and show them you are worth a team, and they might vouch for you.

And to become helper... I'd suggest not to think about becoming one. Follow the rules, be active and nice to others and you might get your chance. Also at some points there are those helper applications open, when you can apply for it.

So yeah, keep your admin record clean and your chances are higher for a team and helper
