Was in pb and all of the sudden my aim got fucked up, when I was trying to aim to the right it aimed to the left and when I tried to aim up it aims down and vice versa, I was told to remove sensfix and after doing it my aim got fixed however my sensitivity got 10million times higher, any solutions ?

Did you try adding sensfix back?

Check your in-game settings once again.

revert mouse settings in options?

Go to settings and change the inverted mouse settings
For the sensitivity if it isn't fixable by making the sensitivity lower you might want to check your mouse's DPI

Yeah sounds like your aim is reverting (aim up to aim down etc)

Change this.

If my mouse ever goes cooked, I just 'esc' or 'tab' and it seems to fix itself.

options>mouse setting > make all of them off > problem fixed , AND YOU STILL ROLLING FFS

Tried as well and tried to un-plug and plug the mouse back in, didn't fix.

Go mouse settings and turn everything off.

well I re installed my entire GTA and put in another sensfix and its better, however when I aim the sensitivity is way too high for me, the sensfix settings are: [sensfix]
aiming_sniper=0.004000
aiming=0.004000
global=0.004000
Should I mess with the setting a bit or there is something else I can do ?

Are you sure you didn't just enable mouse invert via IG settings?

The only problem atm is the sensitivity itself when I am which is way too high.
EDIT: Fixed it by adjusting the sensfix setting again, weird since I had the same settings as before but w/e. L&A this.

You can edit your sensfix's settings in game , for deagle/M4 press 2+UP same for sniper press 3+UP (make sure that you press on button + aswell).
to make your aim's sensitivity slower press on those buttons 2+ and keep pressing constantly on button UP if you found it so high start pressing Down again but keep your finger on 2+ or 3+ untill you feel comfortable with your mouse sensitivity.
