My "F8" is dead ... Can I change the key for screenshots?

You can use Hyperdesktop or Fraps instead to take screenshots
But the F8 cannot be replaced in SA:MP.

Check your FN Lock...
Press Shift and FN Lock and make sure it's enabled.

I think he means by "Dead" removed from the keyboard(broken).. But yea as Aleya said no way to change it.. and unfortunately.. rules say that ONLY samp screen shots are allowed in reports, But i guess if you picture was clear enough it'll be accepted.

Yo! Thanks I think I gonna use one of them or buy a new keyboard.

Remember that only SAMP screenshots are valid in ban appeals, I strongly recommend you to try to fix your F8 button. However this question has been answered.
