Ok so I noticed the ranking system in the forums, outsider, registered user and so on.
How one changes it? After changing default usergroups and so on, still mine remains as Outsider. How one achieves Faction Member rank?

The amount of posts changes your rank. It can also change for certain usergroups, not all of them change it.

So in my case to lose the status of Outsider and become Faction member as I am, this should be managed by the group leader?

No, the head of the board decides which usergroups get user ranks. In this case only legal factions actualy have user ranks. Illegal factions don't have this.

This tag has been present on paterno, triad, and tattaglia members, however not on all

All usergroups have a rank attached to them.
Illegal faction usergroups only say Faction Member, whereas SASF, LSPD and Government have special ranks, and forum colours.
In order to have your rank set to Faction Member, you must go here: ucp.php?i=176
At the above link, you must set your faction as your display usergroup.

It's maybe because K3lroy or woot didn't change the usertitle on the group. I'm sure K3lroy will change it if he wants to.

Fixed. Leone was the only group without a rank attached.
