Why are so many noobs repeating themselves with Team backup and extra slots... You aren't a faction, its something to assist small groups, be greatful you've got this update.
BTW - As i mentioned earlier, why don't you try using the group towards roleplaying like staff for your business or fleet instead of thinking about how your mafia is going to call backup from each other.
If you want backup, more vehicles, more people then joined the current factions or simply become a good group and prove to management that you are capable of becoming a faction.
