Well, I heard that you lose you houses and biz(s).
Why?
And if you do, do you get refunded?

If you're I/A for too long, then the houses/biz's are there for no use. And others may want the location of your house/biz. I guess you can get refunded, however it's not often. Maybe if you came back one day after they got removed or something

See, this is what I meant. You lose your house during inactivity more than 2 weeks. And no you don't get refunded your own fault for not being active/online. The only option is to make a notice to admins why are you goig to be inactive and say please and maybe you wont lose your house.

Lol, not 2 weeks, I think you lose them if you are I/A for some months min.

Nope, 2 weeks. Ive lost one, leonard explained it all to me.

There is no need to waste houses and businesses if the player owning them does not play, that's why they get removed. It gives other players the chance to obtain them and do something with it. If you notify the administration properly about your inactivity they won't be taken from you. If they do get taken from you then they won't be refunded as someone else is probably owning the house or business already.
