Rules for sanbay
You can not withdraw an item.
You can not withdraw offers.
You can not sell items for less than $200.000
You can not place a bid when you don't have the money for it
You need an expiration date for your auction. Max expiration time is two weeks.
You are allowed to put up items for auction for other people, but you must CLEARLY show who the real owner is. ((Valid screenshot of them saying it, IG))
(( Businesses/houses/vehicles will NOT be forced unless stated in the thread. You can't go over the slot limit. ))

Its like those that sell the stuf even while doing the auction on forum... I guess that the seller keeps the right of canceling it or even raise the timeline or price, still not ethical but meh no speficic mention on rules about it so...

I have never seen nobody ever raise a starting price or an autowin price once it had been set IRL

You're allowed to do that, yes, but you cannot withdraw your item at any time.
