Kill list

Hello guys recently i started getting lagged so i decided to delete my weapon mods, so i /q'ed and re-installed GTA&SAMP.
But after that.. the kill list doesn't show up anymore even if u press F9, i tried to re-install many times but it still didn't work, can anyone help me please?

Didn't you read.. i re-installed gta and samp thousand times, i think if i download a samp from
www.sa-mp.com it will work.
but.. no jokes.. my internet is 1KB/S speed now so yeh.

Yea but you must delete those files i told you to delete first , those say after you delete it ,now delete what i told you to first then reinstall samp.
