When does it get changed?
And how do the green bar gets filled?

It depends on your post count - I don't know exactly how it's calculated, but it's something like:
Outsider - x posts
Associate - xxx posts
Made Man - xxx posts
Soldier - xxxx posts
Caporegime - xxxx posts
Consigliere - xxxx posts
Underboss - xxxx posts
Boss - xxxx(x) posts
It changes depending on your post count, but when it changes, I don't know.. Someone else should be able to answer that though.

Only the people who have Administrator Access to the forums can view and edit the post counts for your ranks.
I'd wait for K3lroy, Ozzy or woot to reply or post the post counts needed.

I will add/adjust the ranks once we have someone who reaches one of the highest ranks. Only very few, if any, reach the highest ok.
