Motious.com is a virus. Run malwarebytes first then we'll solve the second problem.

Its malware that has affected your PC,Search for malware fighting softwares like "Malware bytes" or Iobit Malware fighter, scan your PC,remove those malwares and after that go a chrome reset.
If this doesnt works go to PC recovery mode and try recovering your pc as it was 5-7 days ago

since you already solved the second issue, we'll deal about the first one: what you got is, as mentioned above, a malware, more in particular, a search hijacker. This kind of malware looks benial but getting rid of it requires a bit of effort. The first thing you should try is resetting your chrome settings, if that doesn't work, try malwarebytes as the others said. Search hijackers are rarelly detected by an antivirus due to the fact that they often show a fake Microsoft diskpart extension signature.
If even malwarebytes fails, that leaves with two further options:
1) have a look at your C: file system, with particular attention to chrome's folder
2) if NOTHING of the steps above works, format the pc.

Thanks Bono
Malwarebytes worked! I removed it completly and not only that , I've fixed another issue with Google Chrome opening by itself. You may now think I'm stupid and I don't care about my PC but it isn't true , my friend Leo sent me a file I tought was okay but he acctually put a few virus's in it.

Did you try to set another site as your default browser? If not, try it. Also right click > properties > shortcut tab > target > change the web address
Read this article - https://howtoremove.guide/motious-com-v ... to-remove/

Also check your programs folder for suspecious programs. And uninstall if you have any.
