Hello. whenever i put my resolution to highest in game, and if i do ctrl+alt+delete / windows icon (put down the game) It shows up black screen and i have to restart my pc...any1 know what my cause and how to fix problem ?

Same thing happens to me. It's our windows.
When you want to change your resolution, do it like this:
First change it to 1240x700
Then, 1366x768
.......
Finally 1920x1080. You won't get the black screen then. Don't change it from 640x800 to 1920x1080 at once.
You don't need to restart your computer for that. Try alt+tab like tisler said. If its not working. Ctrl+alt+delete and select task manager. Then close the task manager and return to game.

I use alt + tab
When it does not work ctrl + alt + del and click on task manager the browse your window
Its an issue with win 10
