Alright, after I Alt + Tab and try to bring my game up it goes to somekind of windowed mode or something like that.

I can get my game up somehow after doing Alt + Enter and some other shit but it takes shitloads of time and is pretty annoying.
I would really appreciate if someone helped me to fix it.

Used to happen to me before. Try deleting gta_sa.set and running SAMP as admin.

Its probably beacause your keyboard is inverted. Try to do Left Alt + Left Shift to invert it back to your original state, then try to tab out.
