You can also try to run an anti virus scan on your USB drive.

Format your USB using DiskPart. You can find a tutorial here. Post feedback. Formating your PC will not help as USB is a device with it's own storage and the virus is on it not on your PC, hopefully. You can however run an antivirus scan over your whole PC as infected USBs can infect your PC.

Tried all of them but still nothing working

Then try to reset the partition on that USB drive. Follow this guide. Post feedback right after you try it so we can help you if it doesn't work.

doesnt matter how many times you format ur usb as that virus has already infected your pc.so better remove it from the pc,and then format usb from bios (at the begining)
