that's what I got about the loadout info, that's basically it's features explained, the parts I highlighted is forbidden as it's violating the IMRP ruleset

If you have questions about e.g. CLEO mods or textures, speak to an admin to avoid any misunderstandings.
Examples of forbidden mods: CLEO cheats, cam hacks, auto aim, sobeit, oversized/flashy weapon textures.
Allowed CLEO mods:
- ELM(Emergency Light Mod) - Only allowed for law enforcement and government employees in charge of roadwork or parking enforcement.
- 1st person mod
- HP/armour digital mod(displays YOUR OWN HP & armour in digits)
  • Dizz Nicca's ENB 2.1 - This has been edited slightly, default configs are included. I've also enabled the "BorderlessFullscreen" option in
  • enblocal.ini - this may mess with some recording software
  • Anticrasher
  • SAMP Graphic Restore - Fixes the water n some other shit
  • Improved Vehicle Features - Adds indicators, high beams, and some other neat stuff - See: http://ng-gaming.net/forums/showthre...hicle-
  • Features
  • Custom Font
  • Overdose Effects - Changes effects within the game, such as explosions, nitrous, and gunfire/muzzle flash
  • A few skins I've collected from the LSRP forums and elsewhere
  • Weapon skins, sounds, and textures
  • Vehicle sounds
  • Original GTA SA vehicles with Improved Vehicle Features functionality
  • Rain Texture Fix - Fixes the grainy rain texture
  • Rims
  • New radar, crosshair, and map
  • New checkpoint texture
  • some meme-worthy billboard mod I got sent
  • Nissan Silvia S13 to replace the Elegy because eat sleep jdm
  • Sensitivityfix.cs - Fixes Y Axis sensitivity when aiming
  • Render.cs - Minor shader mod
  • Damage Informer - Plays a "ding" sound when you hit someone, also informs you of damage dealt/sustained
  • Cruise Control - Right click to maintain current speed, without holding W
  • Normal Map - Gives proper shading to character models
    Widescreen patch
  • flickr.asi - Fixes a bug with ENB
  • Re-textured SAMP Hud - Dialogue boxes will look different
  • New timecyc - Changes how the sky looks, adjusts draw distance slightly.
and as for the timecyc i am pretty sure it's allowed refer to Makke's answer when I asked about it.

Textures = skins, are road textures also disallowed then?
Grainy rain fix gives no advantage.
Checkpoint texture is included in GTA5 hud, it's allowed.
Sensfix is a must for every shooter, it's definitely allowed.
Render.cs, can't see what it does, but if it's the same as ENB by enchancing shadows it makes no sense that it's disallowed.
Cruise control isn't prohibited, even Whiskey is using it.
Hud mods are allowed.

Hmm, I'll await a message from management, but I think its all fine, just don't wanna unintentionally break any rules

First time I hear cruise control is allowed. When you crash, hit a bump or anything that would slow a vehicle down while driving by holding W, would a vehicle on cruise control slow down?!
