Unable to take screenshot

Hi guys, I'm unable to take a screen shot, and it appears on SAMP message specifically. I reloged but it didn't help. I'd like you to please help me with it. Thank you in advance, will be appreciated.

change your sa display resoution to ur desktop resolution
this will work 100%

You can SS with Prnt scr+Windows
And SS will be saved in pictures

try deleting/moving ur sses in my documents and empty that folder

There's a problem, it works taking SS's but the chat is too small to read.
