Okay, hi. So I'm posting for a friend who played here 3-4 years ago and is interested in playing again.
His account was registered in hotmail and with the change to outlook and stuff he seemed to have lost it. He wants to know if there is any way to recover his account. I wanted to give him my alt but that seemed to be disallowed. Told him to create a new and after 2 hours he says grinding isn't really fun.
So i'm asking management if there is any way to recover an old account.

@hotmail.com adresses work on Outlook. He can try to recover his Microsoft account, as long as he remembers his original email

Tell him to make support ticket?

If he's somehow able to show the account belongs to him, he can try to make a support ticket and take his chances at woot.

'posting for a friend' can also be defined as 'I'm trying to breach into this account'.

Let your friend create a support ticket and show evidence that he's the account owner. Solved.
