Well

I have a preety good internet connection
This is the result of Ookla
Ping : 20ms
Download : 4,3 MB/s
Upload : 2,2 MB/S

Sometimes when I play SA-MP I get a big packet loss sometimes over 2%
I want to know what is causing this and how to fix this.

What background programs you are running during your gameplay?

eg. do you have skype/youtube etc on?

it's not about ping,
you're from pakistan, so you're far from server host thats why your ping is high

It's low than half the server. I have seen people with 400 pings, who live in the middle east.
Imagine if I had 1.6mb download (coming soon).

Open Task Manager and close unnecessary programs that can have a big impact on your in-game lag. ( Torrents, Music Streaming, Internet Browsers and other downloaders )
Or maybe someone else is using your WiFi.
Is your internet speed 4mbps when you're playing samp (Check it on Task Manager)

If you are on windows 10. you can clearly see which programs use internet and how much in the task manager. I had an issue where windows updates service kept downloading on full speed, that's why i rolled back to 7. So simply, check and disable the programs/services that use your internet.

Ping is determined by sending packets to a IP, and then receiving the packets back, which determines your RTT, or ping.

Ping has jack shit todo with Download/Upload, Ping is just simply the quality of your internet, you can have high download/upload speeds but a massive ping, and vice versa

Ah yes, I had the same. For that, Go to Settings > Internet and network settings > WiFi > Advanced Settings
And turn on the metered connection. So, you can solve it without downgrading your windows.
If you're using a Ethernet cable, You can't apply this solution. Therefore, You can't stop the windows updates as far as I know.
